The average community system we install reduces the carbon emissions by up to half a tonne per housing unit. A 40-apartment block could reduce the carbon emissions by up to 20 tonnes per year.
The savings are significant, - the UK is now a net importer of gas, energy costs are set to rise to the levels of our European neighbours. Most of our electricity is also produced by gas-fired power stations so the effects will also be felt in rising electricity costs. A nuclear future seems cirtain and energy rationing may become a real threat in the short term, in any event costs will rise and continuity of supply is uncertain.
Sol Heat solar systems provide up to 70% of your water heating requirements over the course of a year.
All of our Solar and Air Source Heat Pump systems are designed around your specific requirements, we understand that every building is different as are the hot water requirements of every family or business.
Our solar panels are the highest quality and the most efficient available, our solar panels have a life expectancy of at least 35 years and require almost no maintenance.
We supply systems, Grants, 30% in Scotland for domestic households, up to 50% or £50,000 for some other qualifying organisations.
Our systems also qualify for t he Energy Saving Trust Community Grant scheme which, is up to 40% of the total cost of one of our systems.
